| Mr. Levinson speaks and reads Chinese fluently.
Most recently, Mr Levinson has been involved in deals including: Broadline Capital's investment in China Risk Finance which won Asian Venture Deal of the Year in 2007 by PEI Media, American Oriental Bioengineering's (AOB) acquisition of 38% of China Aoxing for $18 million, and and a $5 million PIPE into a Chinese glass manufacturer.
Mr. Levinson was previously a Manager in the banking practice of the New York office of Deloitte and Touche and was involved in numerous transactions involving complex financial structures.
Mr. Levinson graduated summa cum laude from the University at Buffalo in 1994 with a double major in accounting and finance. While in college, Mr. Levinson was the sole recipient in 1994 of the New York State Society of CPAs
Outstanding Junior Award.
He has been a U.S. CPA since 1996 |
