| Reverse Merger Case Study: |
When China Aoxing Pharmaceutical, a leading research, development and manufacturing pharmaceutical company in China, decided to go public on an American exchange, Talley & Company provided a shell for the reverse merger and helped the company obtain listing on the OTCBB with the symbol CAXG. Talley & Company further provided $3-4 million in initial Equity and Debt financing immediately after the reverse merger. Richard William Talley took a leadership role at the board of directors of CAXG.OB and facilitated a strategic alliance with American Oriental Biological (AOB: NYSE) that included a simultaneous investment into China Aoxing.
